How does the returns work? How do I start a return?

Returning an item is straightforward. 

First, ensure the item is in its original condition with tags attached.

Then, securely package the item in a parcel, a suitable box or envelope.

Include the necessary return information:

• - You order number.                                                                      

Specify if you want:

• An exchange for an item of the same price (e.g., a size or color change)
• A store credit on the website
• A refund
