What should I do if my package is missing an item?

We apologize if your order arrived incomplete.

Note that some orders may arrive in separate packages. Check your confirmation email to see if your order will arrive in multiple packages.

If you have not received your entire order by the expected delivery date, please contact our Customer Support Team so we can look into this for you as quickly as possible

Include your order number and details about the missing item. 

We will investigate the matter and ensure the missing item is sent to you promptly.
